Getting ready to delete

Ive been complaining for some time about the game booting me whenever I tried to sync it with facebook and about losing all of my energy, coins and progress. I was told, via email, that they were aware of the issue and were working to fix it. I could still play the game but had to start fresh. Ive noticed that recently, that my energy has been restored as well as my coins but the progress is not. Also... The game gets frozen on the syncing with Facebook screen. Im so beyond frustrated with this game!!!
