Out of no where doesnt work

This is VERY ANNOYING and upsetting. Out of no where it no longer works. It keeps crashing while it starts to load. I see many others have complained and it still isnt fixed. Please fix this. So many people love this game and the solution is to delete and start over, Ill just delete and be done. Why start all over again. Fix asap

Update: now it lets you play and I have all my points still but I lost almost ALL my progress. I was in the 20s levels and now Im back at 5!!!! ISO frustrating how annoying and it needs to get fixed. What a waste to play and it all gets erased
